Today the famous Russian polar explorer Artur Chilingarov has visited the youth forum Seliger-2010. Artur told to forum participants about his adventures and discoveries. He noted that he is always glad to be near of youth because he believes in its power and big role in future development of Russia. Artur believes Russian future and Russian power is in North as a result of its great resources.
